“I feel so lucky to have found Michelle! Not only is she a wonderful trainer, but she’s also become a mentor and a best friend throughout this process. My dog quite literally loves her more than she loves me (and honestly, I can’t even blame her 😂). From the very beginning, she’s been patient, kind, and so knowledgeable in her approach, making training both effective and enjoyable. We have SO much fun!
Michelle has helped guide us through so many important milestones, including preparing for and evaluating my dog for multiple AKC Canine Good Citizen titles. Each step of the way, she explained things clearly and gave us the tools we needed to succeed.
What I really appreciate most is that she doesn’t just train the dogs — she teaches the humans, too. I’ve learned so much about communication, timing, and how to set my dog up for success. Her passion for dogs and her ability to bring out the best in them shines through in everything she does.
If you’re looking for someone who is not only an expert in dog training but also genuinely cares about your bond with your dog, I cannot recommend Pawsitive Prep Dog Training enough. She has made such a positive impact on both of us, and I’m so grateful for her guidance! We love you mucho mucho ♥️”

“We have nothing but wonderful things to say about Michelle! She is full of knowledge, passion, amazing energy, and is so hard working. Our dog, King, had a complete transformation training to be a service animal with her. After we moved to New York, King was struggling to adapt to this new environment. Virtually, Michelle worked with us to address his anxieties and reactivity and taught us effective techniques for both managing and preventing any unwanted behavior.
After mastering this basic obedience, we started his task-specific and public access training. Every session felt like a milestone; we worked from inside our apartment lobby to restaurants, retail stores, and public transportation. Michelle took her time with us, making sure King was comfortable, confident, and well behaved in these spaces. Once we got King certified, a big win was flying for the first time with him in-cabin and it went beyond smoothly.
Michelle always made it a point to empower us as dog owners. We’re so grateful for her communication, flexibility, and support through this overall process. Her approach has made all the difference.
If you're looking for a trainer who genuinely cares and knows how to bring out the best in both you and your dog, Pawsitive Prep is your go-to! We have so much trust and gratitude for Michelle. She is undeniably the best!”

“Michelle is the absolute BEST! My adopted pit Ryder was highly reactive, and I was worried there was no hope with training... until Michelle came along! She's so understanding and truly trains you as well as your pup. She was there to coach me through all my concerns, frustrations, listened to all my rants when we would have a bad day and taught me what to do to take control of the situation and show leadership. Now Ryder is almost finished with his service dog training, and I couldn't be more grateful to Michelle for getting us here. He is so much calmer, goes everywhere with us, is able to focus on me and perform his service tasks and it's all thanks to Pawsitive Prep! THANK YOU!”

“We worked so hard through stranger danger from not being able to be within 10 feet of strangers, to heeling while passing them, to politely accepting a treat, to finally allowing a stranger to pet him. It took years of hard work to get to this point. We are so proud of him. He just graduated today and got three AKC titles: CGC, Community Canine, and Urban CGC. Thank you so much Michelle Cristantiello for helping us every step of the way. We could not have done it without you <3.”
